Niamh became a habits coach in order to provide more comprehensive support to her clients beyond just physical fitness. Niamh helps clients address lifestyle and behavioral factors that may be hindering their progress towards their health and fitness goals. Focusing on areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, mindset, and overall well-being. Habits coaching involves working with clients to identify their current habits, establish new positive behaviors, and implement strategies for long-term success. By shifting the focus from just exercise and diet to a more holistic approach.
